life these days

Due to the lack of energy and nausea  I have been having, along with going through a wave of grief over my nephew Wyatt who went to be with the Lord 2 years ago this month, I have not been very diligent about writing out my full thankful moments. The Lord reminded me of this scripture:

Psalm 43:5 says,
Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.

In light of this, I realize it would be helpful to start praising and thanking Him again in a more intentional way. So my journal is back out on my kitchen counter open and ready for me to pen my full thankful moments. However, due to lack of energy and the busyness of life right now, I am only going to post some of them on Facebook or the blog here and there as I find time.

As for this post, I leave you with a couple of pictures instead of words of some full moments:

Here is a video of Dassah yelling at the fish because she thinks they can hear her:
She is saying, "Fish come get your food, Okay"

I feel like the organized attic deserves a photo. Maybe not thankful for the task, but at least thankful that it's done.

Lauren,
I was going to ask u how you were doing! The Lord has put you on my mind a few times to pray for you! I can't wait till you get feeling better, Def. a lot easier to enjoy those full moments if you don't feel nauseous! =) LOVE the pictures! The Kissing one is SOOOO SWEET and I love Harrisons action shot!
That last video makes me excited to have another little one in my house again! I love the 12 - 18 month stage.... probably my FAVORITE!
Take Care!
